Attention wood flooring contractors! Have you always wanted to attend the Lägler Fly & Sand trip to Germany? Have you been lucky enough to attend in the past and want to go again? Here’s your chance!

 

Register to attend the NWFA's Wood Flooring Expo by Friday, March 6, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CDT, and you will be entered into a drawing for a future all-expenses paid trip to Germany courtesy of NWFA Expo sponsor, Lägler.

 

The value of the trip is ~$5,000, and includes:

  • Round-trip flight from Chicago O’Hare* to Frankfurt (*travel to/from Chicago not included)
  • Four nights hotel accommodations
  • Two days of sight-seeing
  • Two days of training at Lägler’s Headquarters in Fraeuenzimmern
  • All transportation while in Germany
  • All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Non-NWFA Members

NWFA's membership is a company membership, not an individual. To attend the Expo as an NWFA member, please complete the online membership application and pay the appropriate fee. Once processed, first-time members will receive a promo code for one complimentary staff registration. By following these steps, you will receive the NWFA Expo member rate listed for your staff. Your NWFA membership will run through June 30, 2027. This offer applies only to new members and not membership renewals.

These benefits include technical standards, hands-on and online training, networking opportunities, advocacy, and business savings valued at more than $4,000. Expo Registration Cancellation Policy

A 25% administrative fee will be deducted from each cancellation and must be submitted in writing via email to NWFA@maritz.com by March 24, 2026.

No refunds will be issued after March 24, 2026.


Expo Housing Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received after March 6, 2026, will be charged a fee of $75 per room by NWFA. Cancellations made by the web or email at NWFA@maritz.com on or before the deadline will not incur this cancellation fee.

Cancel reservation through the Expo registration website by April 2, 2026.  After April 8, 2026, contact the hotel directly for any required changes. The hotel will charge a one-night deposit per room reservation on or after April 8, 2026, and refundable if the reservation is cancelled 72 hours before arrival.
