NWFA's membership is a company membership, not an individual. To attend the Expo as an NWFA member, please complete the online membership application and pay the appropriate fee. Once processed, first-time members will receive a promo code for one complimentary staff registration. By following these steps, you will receive the NWFA Expo member rate listed for your staff. Your NWFA membership will run through June 30, 2027. This offer applies only to new members and not membership renewals.
As an NWFA member, you'll have access to various benefits and services to help you get involved and succeed in your career in wood flooring. A 25% administrative fee will be deducted from each cancellation and must be submitted in writing via email to NWFA@maritz.com by March 24, 2026.
No refunds will be issued after March 24, 2026.
Cancellations received after March 6, 2026, will be charged a fee of $75 per room by NWFA. Cancellations made by the web or email at NWFA@maritz.com on or before the deadline will not incur this cancellation fee.
Cancel reservation through the Expo registration website by April 2, 2026. After April 8, 2026, contact the hotel directly for any required changes. The hotel will charge a one-night deposit per room reservation on or after April 8, 2026, and refundable if the reservation is cancelled 72 hours before arrival.
